EBI Machining utilizes CNC machine tools to automate repetitive machining processes for large quantity production runs as well as the creation of complex three dimensional machined features.  EBI uses Siemens NX 3D modeling and programming software to facilitate and automate complex machining.  Reverse engineering of obsolete parts is made possible through the use of the software and a “Romer” portable CMM.  A variety of CNC equipment such as Vertical and Horizontal Lathes, Mill/Turn Lathes, Vertical and Horizontal Mills, and Water Jet Cutting in addition to a multitude of manual machining equipment provide capability to service special customer requirements
