EBI Cranes LLC
EBI has been manufacturing offshore marine cranes since 1963. Since the beginning, their offshore cranes have been designed and manufactured to be very rugged in design, low in maintenance, and competitive in cost. This is accomplished through careful coordination between engineering, component manufacturing, crane assembly and testing; all in accordance with API-2C and API-Q1 quality control requirements. Every crane is tested to 200% of its rated dynamic load and meets or exceeds all the API and OSHA standards.
All EBI offshore pedestal-mounted cranes are certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and can be modified to any specifications or classification a customer requests. Other offshore marine crane classifications that EBI Cranes has acquired for models of offshore marine cranes include ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), Lloydes Register, GL-DNV, and Bureau Veritas.
EBI has three offshore pedestal-mounted cranes designs; lattice boom, telescopic, and fixed boom marine cranes. EBI’s marine crane facility in Braithwaite, Louisiana provides all the design, fabrications, machining, and assembly for all EBI marine cranes. EBI marine cranes can be used as liftboat cranes, ship cranes, dockside cranes, platform cranes, and more.
